Baby Kick Counter & Tracker
These terms govern Baby Kick Counter & Tracker (package: com.tripleedgestudio.babykickcounter), provided by TripleEdge Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose and license
You may use the app as a personal movement journal. It records your entries and provides history, charts, reminders and exports. Do not misuse the app or infringe others' rights.
2. Medical safety
This is a journal, not a medical device, diagnosis, emergency service or substitute for maternity care. A count, chart or elapsed time cannot confirm your baby's wellbeing. Follow your maternity team's advice.
If movements decrease, stop or change from your baby's usual pattern, contact your midwife or maternity unit immediately. Do not wait for a count target, timer, the next day or an email reply. See NHS movement guidance.
3. Recording and availability
You are responsible for your entries. Android settings may delay or block notifications and reminders. After a phone restart, interrupted sessions may show only confirmed duration. The app does not guarantee continuous monitoring, exact reminders or compatibility with every device.
4. Records
Records are local, with no account or cloud recovery. Export records you want to keep before clearing data or uninstalling. Shared files are your responsibility. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Ads and purchases
Current release ad serving and payments are disabled. Development builds offer optional test ads. A reward is granted only when the ad SDK confirms it was earned. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Core recording never requires watching an ad. Any future paid offer will display its price and terms before purchase.
6. Limits and changes
The app is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Features and these terms may change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
