These Terms govern use of Icon Prompt Generator (package: com.tripleedgestudio.iconprompt), provided by TripleEdge Studio. By using the app, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

1. App and License

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the app for lawful personal or professional prompt creation. You may copy and use prompts you create. This does not transfer ownership of the app, its code, branding, or other protected materials.

2. Prompt Generation and External Tools

The app builds text prompts from your idea and selected styles, colors, shapes, and other options. It does not generate images or connect to an AI image-generation API. Model-name presets change prompt wording only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. External AI services have separate terms, charges, and content rules.

Image quality, uniqueness, commercial-use rights, and trademark or copyright clearance are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing prompts and artwork and obtaining any required rights.

3. Acceptable Use

Use the app lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it to facilitate unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, interfere with app services, or manipulate advertisements or purchases.

4. Ads and Rewards

The app may show Google AdMob banners and interstitials. Optional rewarded ads can unlock three bonus prompt variations after the ad service confirms the reward. Availability is not guaranteed; closing an ad before earning a reward may not grant the pack. Rewards have no cash value. Normal prompt creation does not require watching a rewarded ad.

5. Optional Remove Ads Purchase

Where available through Google Play, the one-time remove_ads purchase removes banners and automatic interstitials. Optional rewarded ads remain available. Price and payment terms are shown by Google Play before purchase. Pending payments do not unlock the entitlement until confirmed.

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the purchasing Google account to check ownership. Refunds and cancellations follow applicable law and Google Play policies. The app does not process payment-card details.

6. Local Data and Privacy

Saved prompts and preferences are stored on your device without an app cloud-sync account. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove them. Copy important prompts elsewhere if you wish to retain them. See our Privacy Policy for SDK data processing and your choices.

7. Availability and Responsibility

The app is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, or specific results from external tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from app use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
