Capybara Tracing - Draw Sketch

TripleEdge Studio operates the mobile application Capybara Tracing - Draw Sketch (home-screen name: Capybara Art; package name: com.tripleedgestudio.capytrace). This policy explains what the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Summary

• No account is required. We do not sell your personal information.
• Tracing progress, saved artwork, streaks, and preferences stay on your device.
• The app uses the lightbox method — your phone screen glows through paper. No camera is used.
• Free users may see ads (Google AdMob mediation with Unity Ads and InMobi). Pro removes ads.
• Where required, we show a Google UMP consent form before personalized ads.

2. What the App Does

• Line-art tracing and on-screen coloring of capybara illustrations
• Lightbox tracing with brightness boost and screen lock
• Seasonal art packs downloaded from a public CDN
• Local gallery saves for finished colorings

3. Information Stored on Your Device

• Which capybaras you have traced, streak count, and app settings
• Saved trace images you choose to keep in My Traces
• Cached seasonal art files

This data stays on your device unless you clear app data, uninstall, or save images to your device gallery yourself.

4. Camera & Microphone

Capybara Tracing does not use the camera or microphone. Tracing works by placing paper over your bright phone screen (the lightbox method).

5. Network Use

The app may use the internet to:

• Download public seasonal art manifests and image files (GitHub / jsDelivr)
• Load advertisements through Google AdMob mediation (partners such as InMobi and Unity Ads)
• Process optional in-app purchases through Google Play
• Send anonymous analytics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics)
• Open the Play Store listing or our website when you choose those actions

6. Advertising, Consent & Advertising ID

If you are not a Pro user, the app may use Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including InMobi and Unity Ads, with Unity Ads as a client-side fallback when no fill is returned.

These services may collect advertising identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP), device information, and interaction data to show ads and measure performance, subject to your consent choices where required.

Where required, we use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can also limit ad personalization in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

7. In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time Pro product (capy_trace_pro) through Google Play Billing. Pro removes ads and unlocks all capybara art. Google processes payment; we do not store your card or bank details.

8. Analytics & Crash Reporting

Capybara Tracing uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous events and crash stacks. These services do not receive your saved artwork or tracing sessions.

9. Information We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, or phone for an account (unless you email us for support)
• Camera or microphone data
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, SMS, call logs, or calendar

10. Children's Privacy

Capybara Tracing is family-friendly but not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data remains until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond.

To remove all app data: Android Settings → Apps → Capybara Art → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

13. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
